  They don't return calls after repeated attempts and messages. The appointment costs $160. We have paid that. At that price I believe they can return a call and get us a prescription that works to heal our cat's eye. The higher price should indicate expertise and attempts for a positive outcome for your pet. Glad to remove this review if you get our cat taken care of.
